• Friday Prayers - held every Friday between 12:00 noon-12:45 PM. Khutba starts at 12:20 PM. Duty of Khateeb and Imam is on rotational basis among the members.
• Availability  of Halal Food - Halal meat, Halal Noodles, beans, rice etc. are available. This facility is provided  only for Muslim Community of Sendai. The access to ICCS rooms is strictly restricted to Muslims only. The shopping is  purely on self service basis. The record/payment procedure of the shopping is displayed in ICCS. All the members are  requested to follow the procedure. In case of confusion, please feel free to ask any of the committee members If a Nonmuslim or non-resident Muslim wants to do shopping, he/she should contact one of the regular members of ICCS for the purpose. Non-muslims are not allowed to enter ICCS/do the shopping without an ICCS member's escort. Anyone flouting this rule will be prosecuted. ICCS reserves all the rights to deal with such a person.
• Library - There is a collection of pamphlets, books, audio-cassettes, video cassettes  about Islam available in ICCS. All people are welcome to take away the pamphlets. The books, audio-cassettes, video cassettes can be borrowed from ICCS. In such a case please leave your name and telephone number on the record book. Further rules are described in the record book.
• Stay in ICCS - Muslims visiting Sendai for short period of time are welcome to stay in ICCS rooms. The charge  are  1000 yen/night. The amount can be dropped in the collection box along with the details (name, period of stay, amount). Maintaining the cleanliness is the responsibility of the person. Muslims coming for the purpose of Tableegh are welcome  and stay without any charges.
• Moon Sightings - ICCS also provides information about moon sightings (for month of Ramadhan, Shawaal and Zil-Haj only). The information is obtained from Tokyo and Kobe Mosques. The information is available on answering machine of ICCS at night (after 10:00 PM) at the start of the month.
