ICCS is headed by a Japanese Muslim, Mr. Muhammad Noboru Satoh and is run by a committee selected every year. Our society is open to all the Muslims (who proclaim "La Ilaha Illallaho Muhammad-ur Rasool-u-Allah" and believe Hazrat Muhammad, Sall-Allah-o 'Alaihey Wasallaam to be the last prophet of Allah). Alhamdolillah there is no discrimination of sect, race or country among us.

MEMBERSHIP
Any Moslem who live in tohoku region has the right to be a member of ICCS. Member has the right to vote and enjoy all
facilities provided by ICCS. To achieve the objective of ICCS every member shall pay a membership fee 1000 yen/ month. A
members who have financial difficulty will be exempted for this monthly payment.
